MedINA’s article on farming practices and biodiversity published by Elsevier

We are pleased to announce that our newest article “Farming practices and biodiversity: Evidence from a Mediterranean semi-extensive system on the island of Lemnos (North Aegean, Greece)” is now published in the Journal of Environmental Management by Elsevier.

The publication is the result of a 3-year collaborative effort by the Terra Lemnia project’s multidisciplinary expert team, working extensively on the ground to document the links between various farming practices and biodiversity of Lemnos. This work is being used as the basis to establish a biodiversity monitoring system in the island.

The article is available for free download through the link until January 13th  2022.
